How do I change my account information?

Simply log in to your account and you will be able to edit any information needed.

Can I order online and pick-up my item in the store?

Yes. Select pick-up in store when you arrive to the shipping options. You will still have to complete the shipping address option. Your item will be ready the same day.

What happens if I choose in-store pickup and when I arrive my item is no longer in stock?

If your item its no longer in stock, we will call you to inform you that your time in no longer in stock. You can choose a different item when you arrive at the store or get a refund. Your refund will be credited to you the same way you paid.

Is it safe to shop with you?

At Alumnus, we offer a safe and secure online shopping experience. We respect and protect your privacy.

What major credit cards to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept Paypal?

No, we do not.
